How much does it cost?
Investor Portal is free for all Praemium clients. All level one investors are able to login and view the accounts that are linked to their user ID.
Can we brand Investor Portal using our own colours and logo?To help increase brand recognition with your clients, you can include your own logo in Investor Portal. There are a number of colours that you can change to suit your logon and company colour scheme. Refer to our branding guidelines for more information. How do I know what my investors are seeing in Investor Portal?
Investor Portal is designed for your investors. When you log in to Investor Portal, you do not see a list of the portfolios you manage; rather you see a list of your investors. By clicking on one of those investors, you can see exactly what they see when they log in to Investor Portal.
Where does the data come from?
The data used to populate your investor's Investor Portal accounts is maintained in your Praemium portfolio administration platform. If you add an asset to a portfolio in Praemium, you will see that asset, and its corresponding impact on the portfolio's valuation, within Investor Portal.
Does it include all of my client's assets?
If the data is in a portfolio within your Praemium administration platform, and that portfolio is linked to your investor's user ID, then you and your investors will be able to see it in Investor Portal.
How frequently is the data refreshed?
Investor Portal data is refreshed (that is, synced to Praemium portfolios) twice a day. If you have made changes to a portfolio that is not visible in Investor Portal, you can manually refresh the data at any time.
